World Events Prediction Alert

Our dear leader Gordon Brown is under pressure for hiring a adviser who was warned about the mess the banks were getting into, but ignored it. Allegations denied on all sides of course, but here comes the prediction. It wasn't Browns advisers that were warned, it was him. Gordon Brown Prime Minister of the UK knew where it was heading. He was warned and ignored it. How can I evidence this? I can't, just wait and see.

My suspicions were first aroused when Northern Rock went down last year. The whole 'people queuing in the streets' thing could have been avoided if the government had uttered these words 'we guarantee all UK bank deposits'. At the time i assumed they were just too stupid to do that, but in fact, they didn't dare do it, because they knew where it was all heading.

I hate conspiracy theories, they are mostly bullshit, but I have never been more certain of anything in my life. Brown was warned and ignored the warnings. You heard it here first.

Why does this matter? We are governed by a political class that is self serving, arrogant and incompetent. The Tories, Limp Dems, BNP, UKIP and Greens are no better, because the system itself is broken. The truth needs to be exposed and we need to change the system and those that run it. Human capital needs to come first, and when it does we will have paradise on Earth.

Whiteout!

Already some of the media are asking the question - why does Britain grind to a standstill at the first sign of snow?
To answer that first ask people why they get up in the morning.
The most common answer will be 'because i have to, to pay the bills, to feed the family, all so I can do the same again tomorrow'. And there's the problem. The man that orders the grit isn't really interested, he just does what he has to do. Same for the councillor that decides the amount of money to be spent on grit, same for the driver of the spreader, same for the manager of the driver of the spreader. Same for the manufacturer of tyres and the builders of roads. They are not interested. They would rather be doing something else.
OK, there are exceptions, but they prove the rule.
Britain grinds to a halt in the snow because it can.
